Narrated by Umar ibn Al-Khattab (رضي الله عنه):

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: "Islam is built upon five (pillars): Testifying that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; establishing prayer; giving zakat (charity); performing Hajj (pilgrimage) to the House; and fasting in Ramadan." 📖 (Sahih al-Bukhari 8, Sahih Muslim 16) This Hadith explains the five fundamental pillars of Islam, which every Muslim must follow.
